Phil Hall is a contributing editor at Film Threat and is the author of several books, most notably “Independent Film Distribution” (2006, Michael Wiese Productions) and “The History of Independent Cinema” (BearManor Media, 2009). His writing has appeared in the New York Times, New York Daily News, Wired Magazine, Video Librarian and American Movie Classics Magazine. He has been an OFCS member since 2001.
