OFCS member Phil Hall has announced the launch of the First Annual New England Underground Film Festival, a one-day event to be held October 8 in New Haven, Connecticut. Hall, the author of The Encyclopedia of Underground Movies, previously served as the director of the New Haven Underground Film Festival.
The festival hopes to celebrate all shapes of underground and experimental film. More information, including a call for entries, can be found at the festival's website.
